• IMMUNIZATION AND WELLNESS CARE

  The best way to ensure a long and happy life for our pets is by implementing a regular and thourough wellness plan. Call or stop by to determine the best plan for your pet. This includes yearly comprehensive examinations, a vaccine protocol developed especially for the needs of your pet, heartworm testing and prevention for dogs, and lifestage-specific blood testing for all pets.

• GROOMING

  We offer a full grooming service for dogs and cats Tuesday through Saturday. All full-service baths and grooms include ear cleaning, expressing of anal glands, and nail trim. Furminator/Shed-less Treatment and add-on packages are also available. Add-on packages include tooth-brushing, specialty shampoos, conditioners, finishing sprays and other services. We also groom cats with the option of sedation when necessary, overseen by our doctor. Valerie is experiences in all breeds and has been grooming in the Carrollton/North Dallas area for four years.

• BOARDING

  Pets are like our children – we feed, nurture and lavish attention on them. Our highly qualified kennel attendants do the same when you can't be there. We provide tender loving care (such as brushing and cuddling), and twice daily outdoor walks for dogs. All of our cats stay in the private cats-only room complete with Feliway feline hormone dispensers to calm their kitty-nerves.

• BATHING

  Treat your pet to a luxurious bath. Our special, cleansing baths remove dirt, debris and that doggie pet odor – your pet will feel fresh and revitalized. If scratching is a problem, our medicated baths contain soothing agents that stop the itching. All baths also include a nail trim and ear cleaning.

• BEHAVIORAL MEDICINE

  Illness doesn't always have a physical cause. We can help you determine the cause of such disorders as separation anxiety and obsessive behavior, and then develop a treatment regimen that works for you and your pet.

• DENTAL CARE

  Regular professional cleaning is important to maintaining your pet's teeth. We use modern and safe ultrasound to clean each tooth thoroughly - above and below the gum line. Dental technicians polish teeth to create a smooth, lustrous tooth surface more resistant to plaque buildup. Fluoride treatments help strengthen enamel and reduce tooth sensitivity.

• EMERGENCY AND CRITICAL CARE

  In any emergency, seconds count. Our experienced staff is backed up by our mobile resuscitation unit, stocked and equipped to administer the ABCs of basic life support – Airway, Breathing, Circulation/Cardiac compressions. Emergency care is offered during regular business hours. After hours and on holidays, we use the services of the North Texas Emergency Pet Clinic-- a local, fully staffed emergency center.

• FULLY STOCKED PHARMACY

  We stock a wide range of the best veterinary drugs in the animal healthcare field. We also carry many flavored medications and transdermal gels so you'll never have to pill your cat again! We also have drive thru pharmacy service for your convenience.

• INTERNAL MEDICINE

  We have complete in-house diagnostic capabilities and can meet most of your internal medicine needs; including ophthamology, cardiology, endocrinology, and dermatology. When your pet needs specialized care, we coordinate with local referral practices.

• MICROCHIPPING

  Microchips have helped reunite thousands of pets with their families. We offer the most widely used microchip products to increase the chances of a safe recovery.

• NUTRITIONAL COUNSELING

  Some pets require special food, and all pets benefit from a balanced diet. Our trained and certified staff is available to help you choose the right diet for your pet to keep him or her happy, healthy and active.

• PAIN MANAGEMENT

  Veterinary patients feel pain and discomfort under the same circumstances as people do. We know that recognizing and alleviating pain in animals is the essence of good patient care.

• RADIOLOGY

  Radiology – or X-rays – help our veterinarians evaluate muscular-skeletal, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, reproductive and urinary systems.

• SURGERY

  We offer the most advanced surgical techniques and technology. All patients are carefully screened for safety, and anesthetics are specifically tailored to your pet. Surgical services include: monitoring by fully trained veterinary technical staff throughout surgery and recovery; advanced sterilization techniques; oxygen saturation monitors; intensive after surgery care; advanced pain management; and full blood testing.

• ULTRASOUND

  Ultrasonography ("sonogram") is a  non-invasive, state-of-the-art technology that uses sound waves to painlessly examine specific internal organs, primarily the heart and abdominal organs. Pregnancy exams are also available.

• HOSPICE/EUTHANASIA SERVICES

  Saying goodbye to a long-time friend is painful. We offer our clients a private and quiet room in which to say good-bye, compassionate euthanasia, and can arrange private pet cremations.
