Doctor
Russ Mitchell , DVM Dr. Mitchell received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Harding University in 1996 and his Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Missouri in 2000. He began working at Crossroads as an associate in May of 2000 and became the owner in 2003. He lives in Aubrey with his wife Allyson, his daughters Audrey and Avary, as well as two cats and two dogs. |  View |
Technician
Rob Kempf

Rob Kempf began working in the kennel at Crossroads as a high school student in July 2005. Rob began training full time as a technician after graduating in 2006; the following year he received his certificate as a Certified Veterinary Assistant. Rob has a great love for animals and would love to care for yours. He can also reach things on very high shelves. |

Terri Oliver
Terri is originally from Lancaster, Texas. She worked in telecommunications for 22 years before changing careers and getting her degree as a veterinary assistant in 2004. She has since worked as a veterinary technician in Phoenix and Ft. Worth before relocating to Carrollton in 2009. Terri has two dogs-- Mo and Dude-- and enjoys boating, motorcycling, and horseback riding.

Reception
Emily Fisher
Emily was raised in Massachusetts and also lived in California for 8 years before moving to Dallas in 2005 to be close to her family. She was a supervisor at Kohl's for 2 years before joining our staff in 2008. She has two cats, Buttons and Stewie.

Mrs. Allyson Mitchell | Allyson is working with us full time again this year and has been glad to be back seeing all our regular clients again. When she isn't working, she stays busy as a mom, studying yoga, and in her newest pursuit as a member of the church bell choir.

Kennel
Marthe Rehme |
Marthe is Crossroads' longest running employee, having been with us for more than sixteen years. She supervises our kennel and has a wonderful way with animals. She has 2 dogs and 3 cats of her own and also fosters for Golden Retriever Rescue. In addition, she has won numerous awards in the show ring with her llamas. |  View |
Maddie Watkins
| Maddie joined our staff in the summer of 2010. She is a senior in high school and has volunteered at several animal clinics in Washington before moving to Texas. She would love to care for your pets while they stay with us. She has several pets of her own including 4 dogs, 5 cats, 2 birds, 1 turtle, and 4 horses which she rides in shows. |

Michael Seinz | Michael joined Crossroads in the fall of 2011 and has been a great fit. He has a lot of experience with pets from his previous work in dog boarding and day care at The Velvet Snout and Dogs Rule Resort. He graduated from Coppell High School and has lived in the area for 20 years. Michael has a pug named Stirrup and a Basenji-mix named Lucy. We'll get him to adopt a cat or two before long.

Grooming
Valerie Lemus

Valerie has now been at Crossroads for five years, and has been a full-time groomer in the Carrollton area for the past 8 years. She is knowledgeable and highly skilled in all dog breeds, big and small as well as with cats. She offers her grooming services Tuesday through Saturday.
